Directions: Start at the CCRB, go towards medical building (down the steep hill) and hang a right to fuller. Take Fuller all the way up to the "Welcome to North Campus" sign, then turn around and reverse the run back to the CCRB.

Name: State-Huron-Main-State
Directions: Start at the CCRB and go to N. University. Make a right onto State, left onto Huron, left onto Main, left onto Hill, left onto State, and then go through the Diag and back to the CCRB!

Name: Washtenaw-Packard
Directions: Go north on Washtenaw, which becomes Huron, then left onto Main, left onto Packard, left onto Hill, left onto Washtenaw and then back to the CCRB.

Directions: Through Diag to State. Turn Left on State. State past the Track to Granger. Left on Granger, past Packard to Forest. Left on Forest. At Wells, Forest jogs left briefly, then right again. Forest to Hill, turn left on Hill. Hill back to State, through Diag to the CCRB.

Directions: 1 mile warmup to the track, 1 mile on track - varied speed run- easy on the curves, hard on the straightaways 4x150 meter pickups, 1 mile cooldown back to the CCRB.

Name: Packard-Stadium-White
Directions: South on Washtenaw, turn right on Hill, Hill to State. Turn left on State, left on Packard, right on Henry, right on Stadium, right on White St, up a block to Granger, turn left on Granger, then right on State, follow State to the Diag. Go thru the diag back to the CCRB.
