Training Runs
The core activity of the Club is our training runs, which we hold Monday-Friday at 4:15 PM. We meet on the bridge outside the main entrance of the CCRB, and the workout format is as follows:
- 5 Minute warmup
- 10 Minute stretch and annoucements
- Workout
- 5 Minute warmdown/stretch
We usually run both a short (~3-5 miles) and a long run (~6-8 miles). You can come as often as you like, and the workouts are geared towards ALL ABILITIES. As always you are welcome to join us anytime.
 
In additon to these regular training runs we also occasionally do track workouts on Wednesday evenings at 7:00PM on the varsity track (please contact an officer for more information), and long runs on Sunday mornings at 10:00 starting in front of the CCRB.
